Cancellation
If you would like to cancel the order please contact us before the order is dispatched. Once the goods are dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. Upon successful order cancellation, please be informed that only 70% of the total invoice amount will be refunded. 30% of total invoice amount will be non-refundable and deducted as the process handling charge.
Return
Please inspect your products thoroughly for any possible damage as soon as you have received the goods. If the products you received is damaged and you wish to return it, it is important that you contact us within 48 hours from the date of reception of your products. Our policy lasts 48 hours. If you contact us after 48 hours from the date of the reception of goods, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, we will need to verify and confirm the damage to the products. If confirmed, we will authorize the return and the products must be returned in its original packaging and must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
Any returned products sent before our approval and authorization will not be accepted.

It is your responsibility to pay the return shipment cost and deliver the returned products safe and securely. On the other hand, shipment cost while re-sending the products as replacement and/or exchange for the damaged products will be covered by us.
