Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation

If you would like to cancel the order please contact us before the order is dispatched. Once the goods are dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. Upon successful order cancellation, please be informed that only 70% of the total invoice amount will be refunded. 30% of total invoice amount will be non-refundable and deducted as the process handling charge.

Return

All sales are final. Unless the products you received is damaged, once the order is processed and dispatched, the products cannot be returned.

Please inspect your products thoroughly for any possible damage as soon as you have received the goods. If the products you received is damaged and you wish to return it, it is important that you contact us within 48 hours from the date of reception of your products. Our policy lasts 48 hours. If you contact us after 48 hours from the date of the reception of goods, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

When you contact us please describe in details the issue with the products along with some visual evidence of the damage to the products. 

To be eligible for a return, we will need to verify and confirm the damage to the products. If confirmed, we will authorize the return and the products must be returned in its original packaging and must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. 

Any returned products sent before our approval and authorization will not be accepted.

Refund and exchange

Depending upon the nature of the products, we will either re-send the same products as a replacement or offer an exchange with another similar products. Where replacement and/or exchange is not possible, we will refund the money as soon as possible once the damaged products is received.

Once the refund is processed we will inform you and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

It is your responsibility to pay the return shipment cost and deliver the returned products safe and securely. On the other hand, shipment cost while re-sending the products as replacement and/or exchange for the damaged products will be covered by us.
