Shipping Cost and Shipping carrier

  • Shipping cost and shipping carrier for(Fine arts & Exclusive arts)
    is based on:
    • The location of the products( i.e.. location from where the product is being shipped) and 
    • total value of the products purchased during the checkout

    Free Worldwide Shipping for any amount of products (Fine arts & Exclusive arts) purchased.

    • Products located in Denmark (Shipment via Post Nord)/ Local Pick up available in our office in Copenhagen.
    • Products located in Nepal (Shipment via ARAMEX) / Local Pick up available at Everest Art Gallery in Kathmandu, Nepal.
    • Products located in Indonesia (Shipment via ARAMEX) / No local Pick up available

    Art Prints - Prints- products in our online store can be purchased with our without frame. However, if Art Prints products are purchased with frame, no shipping service is available. Only pickup service is available at our store within 2-4 business days. We will inform you via your email and/or phone once the product(s) ordered is available for pickup.

    Print Products like Mugs, Notebooks does not have free shipping. Shipping is calculated during checkout according to your preferred delivery address.

    • Upon the confirmation of the receipt of cleared payment, we ship worldwide within 2-3 business days depending upon the type and availability of the product.
    • Some products available in our online store are located in Nepal whereas some products are located in Denmark. The physical location of the respected product is clearly mentioned in the description of each of the products.
    • For products located in Nepal, the shipments will be done via ARAMEX and delivered usually within 7-10 business days from the date of delivery. For products located in Denmark, the shipment will be done via Post Nord and delivery usually takes one week within Denmark and between one to two weeks outside of Denmark.
    • Please be informed that the aforementioned delivery time is the standard delivery time. The actual delivery time may also depend on the customs clearance & local transportation time of the destination country. We will send the shipment tracking number along with the shipment confirmation email which can be used to track the shipment progress via the respected shipping company website.
    • During the check out if you are ordering products located in Nepal only, 'ARAMEX' will be shown as the courier service along with its shipping rate. On the other hand, if you are ordering products located in Denmark only, 'Post Nord' will be shown as the courier service along with its shipping rate.
    • If your shopping cart includes products from both Nepal as well as Denmark, 'Shipping' will be shown during the check out and the combined shipping cost will be calculated and charged during checkout. However, you will receive two different shipments for your single order, one shipment sent from Nepal via ARAMEX and another shipment sent from Denmark via Post Nord. Consequently, the delivery time of the two shipments will be different.
    • It is recommended to place one single order for all the products you wish to buy as the shipping cost of the combined products will be relatively economical.
    • All original hand-painted artworks in our online store are priced excluding the frame. The artworks will be packed securely, rolled in a plastic or cardboard tube for delivery purpose.
    • Price of the products (original artworks and Art Prints) can be changed without any prior notice.

    • Our product price or shipping price does not include any extra charges like local taxes or import duties that may apply and is different from country to country. It is your sole responsibility to pay any local country taxes, duties and/or additional fees and taxes, hence cannot be claimed for or used as a reason of return.

    • Shipping policy can be changed without any prior notice.

      If any problem occurs while processing your order (in terms of production failures, production delays, or shipment delays, etc.), we will reach out to you either by telephone or email.
